BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five members who shall be appointed by the Mayor,  after confirmation by the Village of Westfield Center Council, for terms of three years each.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS POLICY:

The policy of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Village of Westfield Center is to conduct hearings and make decisions in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Applicants and interested parties will be given reasonable opportunity to present relevant evidence and testimony in support of their position.  The Board of Zoning Appeals will objectively assess relevant evidence and testimony and base its’ decision upon the record and the application of the law.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARINGS:

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as needed basis.  If you wish to apply for a variance please contact the Village Municipal office.  A hearing will be arranged upon receipt of the completed petition, documentation and required fee.  Please note the fees are non-refundable.
