The Board of Zoning of Appeals will hear two (2) variance requests:
- Warren & Lori Galla, 9156 S. Leroy Road – requesting a fourteen foot (14′) variance to all proposed garage to encroach into the required side yard setback. (Chapter 1266.04).
2. Leroy Methodist Church, 8976 N. Leroy Road – requesting a variance to allow proposed structure (covered steps) to encroach into the required setback. (Chapter 1266)
