THE PARCEL IS CURRENTLY ZONED C-1. THE PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT IS ASKING TO CHANGE THE USE OF THE EXISTING BUILDING FROM A DRIVE-THRU BANK TO A DINE-IN RESTAURANT. THE APPLICATION AND SITE PLAN ARE ON FILE AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND CAN BE VIEWED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
